Community Initiatives

We believe in giving back to our community and building healthier futures one person at a time. Check out our current initiatives:

Veterans Services

Many military veterans struggle to access high quality healthcare in a timely fashion despite having served our country faithfully. If you have sacrificed to serve our country, we would be honored to serve you.

Military veterans are eligible for reduced cost services

DPT Students

As former DPT students, our staff understand first-hand the financial challenges of funding your education. Being a DPT student unfortunately does not make you immune from injuries, or chronic genetic health problems. An entry level DPT program education does not necessarily prepare students to provide specialty PT care for some conditions.
If you are enrolled in a DPT graduate program, and are in need of specialty physical therapy services, we want to make sure you start your career as a PT as healthy as possible.
You will be most effective as a clinician if you can model a healthy lifestyle for your patients. We believe that sending you out into the workforce healthy, is of vital importance for the image of our profession as a whole.

We offer a reduced cost evaluation service for DPT students enrolled in graduate programs.

Vocational Ministry

Individuals who serve in full time vocational ministry roles and have an annual household income that qualifies for financial assistance can receive care at a discounted rate.

Those who are employed in bi-vocational ministry roles are also encouraged to ask about reduced care costs.

Medical Necessity Care

We appreciate that the time many people most need our services, coincides with the time when they are functionally limited in their ability to work and can least afford them.

This program is designed for individuals who have been unsuccessful in physical therapy in the past, and other medical management options have been unsuccessful. If you feel you may benefit from our more specialized care services, a program has been established to offset care costs.

Application for the program requires submitting an intake form with information regarding your medical records, and financial hardship considerations. This information is reviewed based on pre-determined criteria and cases will be approved, denied, and triaged accordingly.

Funding for this program is limited, and is provided by past patients who have had success in therapy and want to pay forward the chance they have had at a healthier, more functional life. Click the links if you are interested in applying, or donating to this program.
