Staff Culture

  • It takes a village. We believe administrative staff are essential for our clinicians to care for patients. They can't do their work without you, and we expect them to treat you like a valuable ally on the team.

  • Interviewees meet with the manager, but we also believe it's important they meet the staff. We work as a team, hiring decisions are made with input from the staff.

  • Our staff are friends even outside of work. It's not uncommon for staff to celebrate birthdays, workout after work, hangout on the weekends, and potluck just because.

Work Environment

  • We offer flexible remote work options.

  • If you're an hourly employee, we don't want you to work off the clock. If you're off work, you aren't expected to answer your email or clean up after hours.

  • We are disability owned, and a disability friendly employer with over half our staff disclosing disabilities.

  • We expect our clients to treat administrative staff with respect. We are willing to exercise our right to refuse service to individuals who are disrespectful to staff. If there is a problem with a client, your manager wants to know.

  • Our staff can't pour out of an empty cup. Part of "putting patients first", is making sure we take care of our staff. We value our staff more than our profit margins. We believe that if we take good care of you, you will in turn be motivated to take good care of clients.  

The Job

  • Administrative staff are not responsible for dealing with patient's insurance companies.

  • As a cash-based practice, our patients value their healthcare and want to see us.

  • Our transparent pricing structure, and policy of collecting visit fees on the day of the patient's session means that patients don't come in upset about surprise bills.

  • We believe in working smarter, we seek to provide access to the latest technology to help our staff be as efficient as possible, and avoid burn-out.
